Text Box: John O’Groats, the most northerly mainland point of the British isles.
We leave here on Friday 19th April
Text Box: Cromarty, our first overnight stop, a reality check I suspect! We will have travelled mainly on the A99 coast road before taking the short ferry trip across the inlet.97 miles completed.
Text Box: Ballachulish, just south of Fort William, where Loch Levens narrows is our next stop. A perfect place to rest before the ride across Glencoe towards Glasgow. Another 99 miles completed.
Text Box: East Kilbride, day 3 sees us out of the Hghlands and into our first experience of traffic. East Kilbride is a suburb about 12 miles to the south of Glasgow. Todays Total is 96 miles
Diverted to Braehead
Text Box: Carlisle, an historic town of some importance due to it’s location close to the boarder. 91 miles sees us in England
Text Box: Leyland, day 5 takes us to the home of Leyand car manufacturing. I suspect by now we wish they still had powered transport! Around 94 miles today
Text Box: Merryhill, day 6 is the last day we ride alone. It takes us to the M&S store in Dudley our longest day to date at 101 miles
Text Box: Cribbs Causeway day 7 we ride around 93 miles today with the representatives of M&S. hopefully we will have some minor celebrations before Myself, Graham, Ian & Andrew complete the remaing 200 miles to LE.

LAND’S END

Text Box: Okehampton, day 8 and we should arrive at the gateway to Cornwall, Close to Dartmoor, the last 2 days will be the toughest since we left Scotland. We need to cover 104 miles today
Text Box: LAND’S End, and also journey’s end if all goes to plan. The sign post says 874 miles to John O’Groats but I suspect that with some wrong turns and detours we will do more but we aim to be here on Saturday 27th April having covered another 96 miles ,
